DAILY ROUTINE OF OJT (ON THE JOB TRAINING) OF MARIGOLD CULTIVATION AND MARKETING:
PRE-DAY OF OJT {2079-03-09}:
- We all student gather together in school.
- Orientation class is given by teacher.
- We learnt the biology of marigold.
- We discussed about the time of sowing, time of transplantation, management factor & marketing.
- Overall we made a plan to cultivate, manage and marketing.
1ST DAY OF OJT {2079-03-10}
- Today we did clean the seedbed preparation site for marigold.
- We removed weeds from the field.
- We opened the soil surface.
- We break the big soil clods {matto ko dalla}
- Overall today primary tillage was done for the seedbed.
